Eligibility Criteria

Factories: Must have 10 or more employees.

Establishments: Must have 10 or more employees (20 or more in some states).

Wages: Employees earning up to Rs. 21,000 per month (Rs. 25,000 for persons with disabilities).

Registration Process

Online Application: Employers can register online through the ESIC portal.

Submission of Details: Provide necessary information in the online form.

Code Generation: Upon successful submission, a unique code number is generated.

Email Confirmation: A registration letter (C-11) and user credentials are sent to the employer's email.

Advance Contribution: For certain employers, advance contribution payment is required
